Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on tempurachan.yura with 相原　司, based in Tokyo, Japan. By placing an order you agree to them. Our legal notice and privacy policy also apply.

1. Products

We sell sealed Japanese trading card products and PSA graded cards, bought from official Japanese stores, Pokémon Centers and authorised retailers. Product photos show the item type; the exact item you receive may differ slightly in packaging. Pokémon, One Piece and other names are trademarks of their owners; we are an independent reseller and not affiliated with them.

2. Prices

Prices are in Japanese yen (JPY). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates at live exchange rates; you are always charged in yen and your bank or payment provider handles the conversion.

3. Orders

Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly shown in error, we may cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are approved on your card when you order and taken when we pack your order, usually within 48 hours; if we can't send your order, the hold is released and nothing is charged. PayPal and Wise payments must arrive within 48 hours; until then your items are reserved for you, after which an unpaid order is cancelled. PayPal payments carry a 5% fee, shown before you order. Business orders and quotes are paid as stated on the invoice or quote.

5. Shipping

We ship within 48 hours of payment with DHL Express or FedEx, tracked and insured. Delivery times given by the carriers are estimates. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the insurance claim and refund or replace your order.

6. Customs and import duties

Import duties, taxes and clearance fees in your country are not included in our prices and are paid by you, the importer. Orders to the United States are the exception: their import duties and fees are charged at checkout and paid by us, so nothing is due on delivery. We always declare the true value of the goods.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge until your order ships, and we refund you in full. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled.

8. Returns and damaged items

Because our products are sealed collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will refund or replace it, including any return shipping. This does not limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.

9. PSA grading service

When you send cards for grading, the grade is decided solely by PSA; we cannot guarantee any grade. Turnaround times depend on PSA’s queue and are estimates. Cards are insured while in our care and on the way back to you. Fees are listed on the PSA page or in your quote.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the items you ordered as described. Except where the law does not allow it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply to you. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly by email or Instagram DM.
