Question 1

Do I need to pay customs/import duties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Import duties are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices. Rates vary by country: US tariffs, EU VAT, plus local VAT. Australia varies by state. We always declare the accurate commercial value and never mark items as gifts.

Question 2

How much will customs cost me in the USA?

Accepted Answer

Since August 2025 every parcel to the United States pays import duties. For goods from Japan that is 15%, plus a 3% FedEx advancement fee and a 0.3464% US customs processing fee: 18.35% of the product value in total. You prepay this at checkout as a separate line and I ship your order with duties paid, so there is no bill at your door. Example: a ¥30,000 order has ¥5,504 in duties.

Question 3

Can items be sent as a gift to avoid customs?

Accepted Answer

No. We only ship with accurate commercial invoices. Mis-declaring customs values is illegal and puts both parties at risk.

Question 4

Does Australia have a customs threshold?

Accepted Answer

Australia charges GST (10%) on imports over AUD $1,000. Orders under this threshold are generally duty-free. However, remote areas (outside major cities) may incur an additional ¥4,200 shipping surcharge.

Question 5

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

DHL Express and FedEx usually deliver in 1 to 3 business days to most countries, and 3 to 5 days to Australia and New Zealand. Remote areas may take longer. We ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment.

Question 6

Do you ship worldwide?

Accepted Answer

We ship to almost every country worldwide with DHL Express or FedEx, fully tracked and insured. Your country not in the list? Choose "Other country" at checkout and you see the exact shipping price straight away.

Question 7

Will I receive a tracking number?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. We send your tracking number and estimated delivery date as soon as your order ships.

Question 8

Can I combine multiple products to save on shipping?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Ordering several items together is more cost-efficient. Contact us via DM for a combined shipping quote.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, paid instantly at checkout. You can also pay with PayPal (a small fee applies to cover PayPal costs) or by Wise bank transfer with no fee. Buying for a business? Choose the business option and I will send you an invoice.

Question 10

Is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card payments are encrypted and handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, so we never see or store your card details. PayPal and Wise payments go through their own secure apps, and PayPal Goods and Services gives you buyer protection.

Question 11

How does PSA grading from Japan work?

Accepted Answer

You ship your cards to our address in Japan. We professionally sleeve, package and submit them to PSA Japan on your behalf. Once graded, PSA returns the slabs to us and we ship them to you worldwide, fully tracked.

Question 12

Why is PSA grading from Japan faster and cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Shipping from Japan to PSA Japan is a domestic submission, which means faster processing and lower internal shipping costs. European and US customers also avoid expensive international return shipping and complex customs paperwork on the graded return.

Question 13

How long does PSA grading take?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on PSA's current queue. We will give you an up-to-date estimate when you contact us. Standard service usually takes 45 to 90 days.

Question 14

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

100%. All products are purchased directly from official Japanese stores, Pokémon Centers, and authorised distributors. Every item is sealed and authentic. We never sell counterfeits.

Question 15

Can I request a specific product not listed here?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer

All shipments are fully insured. Contact us via DM immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue. We have never had an unresolved shipping claim.
