Why this price
Ruler of the Black Flame (SV3) came out in Japan on 28 July 2023, more than three years ago. Regular Japanese stores sold out at the original price long ago, so a sealed box of 30 packs of 5 cards is now only sold by trading card shops and collectors, at market price. That market price moves with demand for the set's best cards. We buy every box sealed in Japan, check it before it ships and send it tracked and insured from Tokyo.
