About this box
Pokémon Center Tohoku Special Box, sold only at the Pokémon Center Tohoku in Japan to celebrate its reopening. The artwork shows Victini, Jirachi and Rowlet. Inside: a mirror foil Tohoku's Pikachu promo card, 64 matching deck sleeves, a deck box and a long card storage box. This is a Pokémon Center exclusive, not a booster box, and it never had a release outside Japan.
Why this price
The Pokémon Center Tohoku Special Box was only sold at that one store in Japan, not in other shops or online stores, so there is no way to buy it new outside Japan. Sealed boxes now come from people who bought it there, and the price follows that collector market rather than the original store price. We check every box before it ships and send it tracked and insured from Tokyo.
